These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Nina Momena Jewelry online store.
PRODUCT
Each piece is handcrafted in small batches.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
PRICING
All prices are listed in Euro (€).
In accordance with § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), VAT is not charged.
Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods are those available during checkout.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply upon delivery.
RETURNS
Customers within the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. See the Right of Withdrawal section for details.
Outside the European Union, returns are accepted only where required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If you are a consumer residing outside Germany, any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a person designated by you, receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at hello@ninamomena.com with a clear statement of your decision. Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products or other items excluded from withdrawal under applicable law.
